Here, in this exciting and challenging playing field, CREDAI–Pune Metro (Pune Chapter of CREDAI) is working actively and relentlessly to join forces to modernize processes and practices, regulate the industry and raise the bar across all parameters of evaluation.
The Annual Learning summit called CREST 2014 (Credai Study and Training) is scheduled for 14th and 15th February 2014 at Aamby Valley, Lonavala.
Our purpose for this training is to fulfil the need for SCALING of our real estate businesses and BUSINESS SUCCESSION for the same.
The summit shall cover Organisational Design, Delegation, Communication and Empowerment, Process and Systems, Ring-Fencing and Workforce Management in context of scaling and succession strategies.
